Phase II Construction Plans

Even though we have just finished construction on our home, plans are already underway to complete the lower level for additional entertainment and lodging space. As with the main house, our friends, family and guests will be at the forefront of our design. Some of our future plans you can look forward to soon are:

• Two additional bedrooms
• Wine cellar
• Wet bar
• Game tables (ping-pong, foosball and pool)
• Multi-media wall (multiple TVs with scrolling sports score ticker)
• Large lounging area
• Boat pier
• Walking trail through the woods
